service:
Finance & Insurance Department focuses on the following business:
Acting as the perennial legal counsel or special affairs counsel
for the finance and insurance institutes
Providing legal advice and issuing written legal opinion for the
clients on the legal matters of daily or special finance business
or other matters.
Drafting, reviewing, modifying all types of loan contracts and
guarantee contracts
Participating in the commercial negotiations.
Reviewing, modifying the finance contract of the banks, and providing
legal advice.
Handling the legal matters in terms of commercial notes, foreign
exchange, letter of credit, loan guarantee, insurance remedy claim,
trust, etc.
Providing legal service in the areas of future, options, issuance
of the bonds, etc.
Handling litigation or non- litigation matters in terms of finance
and insurance
i. Accepting the delegations of the financial institutes to take
back the overdue loan and clear off credit and debt through negotiations,
conciliations, as well as litigations, etc.
ii. Litigation or the non-litigation on the clearing off the bad
assets.
iii. Conciliations, litigation, or arbitration of the disputes
on loan, bonds, trust, financial leasing, insurance, etc.
iv. Handling matters in terms of the credit transformation into
shares, providing legal advice for the financial assets management
companies, participating negotiations, and drafting the relating
legal documents.
