¡¡¡¡International Affairs Department consists of the professional
lawyers who have strong background of overseas study, foreign language
study, as well as the working experience in foreign law firms. The
lawyers in International Affairs Department are able to work in
English, and part of our lawyers can provide legal service in German
and Japanese.
¡¡¡¡ Our clients include the overseas enterprises and individuals
(including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao) which have business in China,
domestic enterprises which are commercially related with overseas
enterprises and the foreign investment companies established within
the territory of the P.R. China. Typical cases of our International
Affairs Department include the World Bank Loan Project of the YangZhou
Second Electricity Power Plant, the international bidding and commercial
negotiation of the East- China Yixing Pumped Water Power Station,
the overseas financial project of the Nanjing Electricity Board
Company and the Nanjing Jinlun Real Estate Development Company,

* Scope of service:
¡¡¡¡Our International Affairs Department is mainly responsible for
the foreign commercial legal service, the scope of service includes
but not limited to the following matters: overseas enterprises and
individuals establishing foreign- invested enterprises and offices
in China; taking over the shares and assets of domestic companies;
participating the reorganization of the State-owned enterprises;
purchasing real estates in China; licensing and transferring the
patents and trade mark rights, copyrights, know- how, and the franchise
to the domestic companies; investigating the assets and credits
of domestic companies; providing perennial legal counsel service,
domestic reinvestment service and share reorganization and listing
service for the foreign investment enterprises in China; representing
the clients for the international finance especially the international
syndicated loan program; representing the clients for the international
cargo, technology, service trade, as well as the international transportation
and insurance; representing the clients for the mediation, arbitration,
litigation of the foreign-related commercial disputes and anti-
dumping cases. In addition, SYLF also maintains a good relationship
with the overseas well-known intermediary agencies, so that we can
provide a better service to the domestic enterprises for their overseas
listings, as well as for the solution of overseas disputes. |
