of the State Electric Power Anhui Tongling Co.Ltd Power Station,
the Second Stage Construction Project of Nanjing Huafei Color Screen
System Co.Ltd, the construction of the JiangSu Grid Dispatch Center,
the construction of Yangzhou Second Electric Power Plant which is
also the World Bank loan project.
We have also provided special legal service for the overseas loan
program of Nanjing Electricity Board Ltd. Co. and Nanjing Jinlun
Real Estates Development Co. Ltd. We also participated the whole
process of investment negotiation for the Ford Car Company trusted
by the government. We are also the perennial legal counsel of the
Nanjing Jiangning Economic & Technology Development Zone and
we have provided plenty of legal service for the in draught of foreign
capital, assignment of the land, construction and exploitation of
the infrastructure. We have formed a group of competent lawyers

* Scope of service:
SYLF provides our clients with legal service for the construction
projects of highways, railroads, airports, seaports and jetties,
bridges, tunnels, rail stations, water power station, nuclear power
plant, large- scale water project, theatres and cinemas, industrial
plants, etc. We provided legal feasibility research and legal advice
as well as issue legal opinion for the above construction projects.
We also draft, review, modify the following types of contracts:
cooperative investment contract, bidding and tendering documents,
Reconnaissance and design contract, construction and installment
contract, supervision and management contract, the purchase contract
of all sorts of engine electric facilities, materials, ingredients,
transportation contract in highway, railway, waterway and by air,
project finance contract, project property insurance contract, technology
consulting contract, technology transfer contract, technology development
contract, technology training contract, patent technology transfer
and implementation license contract, contract of the assignment
and transfer of the land use rights, demolition and settlement &
compensation contract, contract of financial leasing of the engine
facilities.
We also participate in all sorts of contract negotiations, and
handle the legal disputes in the construction project, issue lawyer
statement, carry out the asset and credit investigation, provide
legal advice, as well as other relating legal service in the construction
