fields of intellectual property, especially intellectual property
concerning foreign affairs. Our Intellectual Property Department
consists of the senior professional lawyers either with intellectual
property justice experiences, or administrative/practice experiences.

* Scope of service:
Our scope of service includes litigation and non-litigation affairs
concerning intellectual property, such as, copyright, trademark,
patents, trade secret, anti-unfair competition, domain name, integrated
circuit layout, new species of plants and franchise, which in detail
are as follows:
1. Representing the clients for litigation and arbitration cases
in the fields of infringement disputes and contractual disputes
concerning intellectual property;
2. Representing the clients for litigation and administration review
against administrative punishment concerning intellectual property;
3. Representing the clients for the procedure concerning trademark
dissenting, review and revocation as well as the judicial review;
4. Representing the clients for the procedure concerning patents
invalidation as well as the judicial review;
5. Representing the clients for proof survey, Representing the clients
for forwarding application to intellectual property administrative
authorities for investigating into an infringement case and deal
with it accordingly;
6. Representing the clients for drafting, negotiating an intellectual
property assigning/license contract and registering it or putting
it on file;
7. Representing the clients for Appling for the registration of
rights concerning copyright, trademark, patents, integrated circuit
layout, etc.;
8. Representing the clients for customs protection for intellectual
property;
9. Representing the clients for the intellectual property affairs
during joint-venture negotiations and enterprise’s incorporation,
reformation, acquisition, merge and listing;
10．Provide consultation concerning intellectual property law.
