Criminal defense is the lawyers’ saint responsibility to protect
human rights with a long history, however, the traditional criminal
defense only focuses on the personal and property injury. With the
establishment and perfect of the market economy and the transformation
of the social management system, all types of criminals with high
intelligence quality have arisen. For instance, enterprise crimes,
financial fraud crimes, intellectual property crimes, smuggling
crimes, disturbing the market economy order crimes, the state officials
transcending, abusing power, and malpractice crimes that cause serious
injury to the State and the relevant persons, etc. In the new circumstance,
the lawyers on one hand provide the clients who are charged to have
done some offense with defense service, on the other hand provide
service in terms of the prevention of crimes, damages compensation,
as well as the solutions to the legal barriers.
The Criminal Defense Department consists of experienced senior
lawyers specializing in criminal defense, some of whom are scholars
in the research institutes and graduated from top law schools. Among
our lawyers there are also senior lawyers who have been granted
the title of the Provincial Excellent defense Lawyers, Top Ten Lawyer,
and the lawyers who have ever worked for the State judicial organs.
Our law firm has dealt with more than 2000 criminal cases, in
which more than 20 defendants were sentenced no guilty through our
great efforts, and many of our opinions of defense have been adopted
by the trial court and defendants were sentenced a lesser guilty
or exempted from criminal responsibility.
Our lawyers will put forward the evidence according to the law
and facts to prove the suspects and defendants non- guilty, or should
be sentenced a minor or lesser guilty. We will firmly protect the

We accept the engagement of the government units, enterprises,
and non- profit organizations to be legal counsels. The service
includes: design of the management rules that matches the characteristics
of the organizations in order to prevent internal crimes in the
organization; assisting the clients carry out investment project
feasibility study, participating in the negotiations, reviewing
contracts and agreements in order to prevent fraudulent crimes
traps; reviewing the clients documents and make them conform to
the criminal law and avoid the potential risks; assisting the
clients in legal lecture and make the internal affairs operate
well; other relating matters.
pleading & accusation
Accepting the trust of the suspect or the relatives and providing
legal advice for the suspects in the process of investigation.
If the case is wrongfully decided, we can delegate the clients
to plead and put forward accusation to the relevant government
departments.
We also accept trust after the guilty judgment comes into force,
if there exists truth and reasons to prove the defendants are
not guilty, the criminal evidence is not sufficient, or the punishment
is too severe.
Applying for recognizance on bail
Accepting trust of the suspects who conform to the conditions
established by the law to apply for recognizance on bail or living
at home under surveillance in different criminal procedures.\

advocates, and carrying out investigation and review the case
volumes, participating the court trial, putting forward the advocating
opinion.
Accepting the appointment of the court to be the advocates for
the blind, deaf, and dumb defendants, or the juvenile defendants,
or the defendants who will probably be sentenced to death without
an advocate.
Agency
Delegating the plaintiff in private prosecution or his relatives
to participate the litigation, and assisting the plaintiff to
accuse the defendant and put forward civil compensation.
Delegating the victims in public prosecution cases or his relatives
to participate in the litigation and assisting the prosecutor’s
office to accuse the defendant and put forward the civil compensation.
Special consulting:
Providing special consultation on the criminal cases and concluding
legal analysis for the behavior of the consigners and providing
feasible advice for the legal remedy.
Drafting service
Drafting, modifying all sorts of legal documents concerning
criminal accusation, defense, etc.
