江苏苏源律师事务所是根据中华人民共和国法律规定最早成立的律师事务所之一，隶属江苏省司法厅、江苏省律师协会直接管理，2003年1月1日江苏红五星律师事务所与江苏苏源律师事务所合并，目前是江苏省范围内规模最大、综合实力最强的律师事务所之一。

JiangSu SuYuan Law Firm (SYLF) is one of the first-
established law firms in China. On January 1st, 2003,
SYLF absorbed JiangSu Red Star Law Firm and is currently
among the largest and top law firms in Jiangsu Province.
There are currently more than 70 practicing lawyers
and legal assistants, among whom more than one- third
have obtained Law Master Degree and others have obtained
Law Bachelor Degree. Seven of our lawyers graduated from
Law Schools of U.S.A, England, Germany, Japan, and New
Zealand, and they master English, German and Japanese
and can use these foreign languages as working language.
Two- thirds of our lawyers have obtained intermediate
and advanced title, and we have all sorts of professional
talents with rich experience and we assure that we can

Our law firm has invested fund to buy a two- story building,
which is approximately 2000 square meters. The modern

Department of Jiangsu Province and JiangSu Lawyers Association,
and has been authorized “Provincial Civilized Law Firm”,
